1. We provide a 12-month warranty for our products.
2. The warranty covers design defects of the product up to the sale value.
3. The warranty does not cover:
- damage resulting from handling the product in a manner inconsistent with the rules of use,
- deliberate damage to the product (e.g. opening, attempting to repair),
- damage resulting from improper assembly or storage of the product,
- damage resulting from force majeure (e.g. power surge, lightning strike),
- breaking the guarantee seal for products delivered with the seal,
- damage caused by malfunction of the product.
4. The complaint will be considered within a maximum of 2 weeks from the date of delivery of the product.
5. The Buyer is obliged to agree on the method of delivery.
Responsibility for damage caused during transport of the advertised product rests with the Buyer, the Buyer is obliged to
proper protection of the product during transport.
6. If the warranty claim is approved, the goods will be repaired or replaced with a new one within the agreed period
with the buyer.
7. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
